hankel

Hankel matrix

Syntax

h = hankel(c [, r])

Arguments

c

real or complex scalar or vector

r

real or complex scalar or vector. Default value: zeros(c)

h

real or complex matrix

Description

h = hankel(c [, r]) returns a matrix with constant anti-diagonals where c is its first column and r is its last row. Be careful, if the last element of c does not match with the first element of r, hankel will use the last element of c to ensure that anti-diagonals are constant.

Examples

h = hankel([7 12 13])

h = hankel([1 3 5], [5 6 7 8 9])
