optimsimplex_setve
Sets the data at given index in the current simplex.
Calling Sequence
opt = optimsimplex_setve(opt, ive, fv, x)
Argument
- opt
The current simplex object of TSIMPLEX type (tlist).
- ive
An integer, the vectex index.
- fv
The function value.
- x
The coordinates of the point, as a row vector.
Description
The optimsimplex_setve
function sets the coordinates of the vertex
and the function value at given index in the current simplex.
Example
s1 = optimsimplex_new (); s1 = optimsimplex_setn ( s1 , 2 ); s1 = optimsimplex_setnbve(s1,3); s1 = optimsimplex_setve ( s1 , 1 , 3.0 , [0.0 0.0] ); s1 = optimsimplex_setve ( s1 , 2 , 4.0 , [1.0 0.0] ); s1 = optimsimplex_setve ( s1 , 3 , 5.0 , [0.0 2.0] ); ve1 = optimsimplex_getve ( s1 , 1 ); ve2 = optimsimplex_getve ( s1 , 2 ); ve3 = optimsimplex_getve ( s1 , 3 ); disp(ve1) disp(ve2) disp(ve3) s1 = optimsimplex_destroy(s1);
