optimsimplex_getall

Returns all the data contained in the simplex object.

Calling Sequence

simplex = optimsimplex_getall(opt)

Argument

opt

The current simplex object of TSIMPLEX type (tlist).

simplex

The simplex data.

The simplex matrix has size nbve-by-n+1, and is organized by row by row as follows:

  • simplex(k,1) is the function value of the vertex #k, with k = 1 to nbve

  • simplex(k,2:n+1) is the coordinates of the vertex #k, with k = 1 to nbve

Description

The optimsimplex_getall function returns all the coordinates of all the vertices and the function values in the same matrix.

Example

simplex = [
    3.  0.  0.
    4. 1.  0.
    5. 0.  2.
 ];
s1 = optimsimplex_new ();
s1 = optimsimplex_setall ( s1 , simplex );
res = optimsimplex_getall(s1);
disp(res)

s1 = optimsimplex_destroy(s1);
