startup files

Description

The startup files SCIHOME/.scilab or SCIHOME/scilab.ini are automatically executed (if present) when Scilab is invoked, in addition with the file SCI/etc/scilab.start.

Remarks

Last line of startup file must be terminated by a newline to be taken into account.

Examples

ls(SCIHOME)
if ls(SCIHOME+"/scilab.ini") == [] & ls(SCIHOME+"/.scilab") == []
   disp("No startup file defined");
end
