h5exists
Test the existence of named object
Syntax
b = h5exists(obj, locations) b = h5exists(obj, location, attrNames) b = h5exists(filename, locations) b = h5exists(filename, location, attrNames)
Arguments
- obj
a H5Object
- locations
a matrix of string containing the path to check
- location
a string giving the location where to check the attributes names
- attrNames
a matrix of string containing the attributes names to check
- filename
a string giving the filename
- b
a matrix of booleans
Description
Check the existence of a named object or an attribute.
Examples
x = 123; y = 321; save(TMPDIR + "/xy.sod", "x", "y"); // We open the file a = h5open(TMPDIR + "/xy.sod", "r"); // Check existence of datasets "x", "y" and "z" // "z" does not exist... h5exists(a, ["x" "y" "z"]) // Check presence of Silab attributes h5exists(a, "/", ["SCILAB_sod_version", "SCILAB_scilab_version"]) // Free all the resources h5close(a);
