spchol
sparse cholesky factorization
Calling Sequence
[R,P] = spchol(X)
Arguments
- X
symmetric positive definite real sparse matrix
- P
permutation matrix
- R
cholesky factor
Description
[R,P] = spchol(X)
produces a
lower triangular matrix R
such that P*R*R'*P' = X
.
