Variable dimension (Scilab gateway)

How to get the dimensions of an argument or a variable stored as matrix.

Calling Sequence

Input argument profile:

SciErr getVarDimension(void* _pvCtx, int* _piAddress, int* _piRows, int* _piCols)

Named variable profile:

SciErr getNamedVarDimension(void* _pvCtx, const char *_pstName, int* _piRows, int* _piCols)

Arguments

_pvCtx

Scilab environment pointer, pass in "pvApiCtx" provided by api_scilab.h

_piAddress

The address of the variable.

_pstName

Scilab variable name.

_piRows

Return number of rows.

_piCols

Return number of columns.

SciErr

Error structure where is stored errors messages history and first error number.

This help describes how to get the dimensions of a variable in a gateway.
