tangent, argument in degree.

Syntax

t = tand(x)

Arguments

x

a real vector or matrix.

t

a real vector or matrix.

Description

The elements of t are the tangent of the elements of x (in degree).

Examples

tand([0 30 45 60 90])
tand([-90 0 90 180 270 360])
--> tand([0 30 45 60 90])
 ans  =
   0.   0.5773503   1.   1.7320508   Inf

--> tand([-90 0 90 180 270 360])
 ans  =
  -Inf   0.   Inf   0.  -Inf   0.
