- X=pow2(Y)
There is not equivalent function for pow2 in Scilab but, when called with one input argument it can be emulated by: 2^Y
- X=pow2(F,E)
In this case, Matlab pow2() ignores imaginary part of input arguments. An equivalent expression for this use of pow2 is: F.* 2 .^ E(Note that 2 must be preceded and followed by a white space).
