xmltojar
converts xml Scilab help files to javaHelp format. This function is obsolete.
Syntax
generated_files = xmltojar(dirs [,titles [,dir_language [,default_language]]])
Arguments
- generated_files
[]: no file is generated anymore.- dirs
vector of strings: a set of help directories (
<toolbox>/help/<lang>) or[]- titles
vector of strings: titles associated to directory paths or []
- dir_language
vector of strings: languages associated to directory paths or []
- default_language
vector of strings: default languages associated to directory paths or []. If a XML file is missing in the dir_language, it's copied from the default_language.
Description
This function is obsolete and will be removed in Scilab 2027.1.0. Please use tbx_build_help instead.
The help browser renders the XML help files directly: no jar file is built anymore.
xmltojar now calls tbx_build_help
on each directory of dirs, which pre-generates the images of the pages,
and returns []. dir_language and
default_language are ignored.
To display a help chapter, give its directory, or the root directory of its toolbox, to add_help_chapter.
