sparse to full matrix conversion

Syntax

X = full(sp)

Arguments

sp

dense or sparse vector or matrix of booleans or real or complex numbers, or of strings.

X

full matrix

Description

X=full(sp) converts the sparse matrix sp into its full representation. (If sp is already full then X equals sp).

Examples

sp = sparse([1,2;5,4;3,1],[1,2,3])
A = full(sp)
--> sp = sparse([1,2;5,4;3,1],[1,2,3])
 sp  =
(  5,  4) sparse matrix

(  1,  2)     1.
(  3,  1)     3.
(  5,  4)     2.

--> A = full(sp)
 A  =
   0.   1.   0.   0.
   0.   0.   0.   0.
   3.   0.   0.   0.
   0.   0.   0.   0.
   0.   0.   0.   2.
