Check if the HDF5 object is a reference object
Syntax
b = h5isRef(obj)
Arguments
- obj
a H5Object
- b
a boolean
Description
Check if an HDF5 object is a reference object.
Examples
// Create a SOD file which an HDF5 one x = list(1, "hello"); save(TMPDIR + "/x.sod", "x"); // Open the file a = h5open(TMPDIR + "/x.sod", "r"); // Test h5isRef(a) // Test against the references in the dataset named 'x' y = a.root.x.data; h5isRef(y) // Get the reference values y(1).data, y(2).data // We close all h5close(a)
